Refund Policy

We usually offer refund only in the following two situations:

  1. You have received an incorrect product(s)
  2. You have received damaged product(s)
In both cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at info.ceramickitchen@gmail.com along with the order details.
