We gladly assist with returns or exchanges if:

Unboxing Video Requirement 

To help us resolve issues smoothly we kindly request customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. 
The video should clearly show: 
1.The sealed package 
2.Shipping label 
3.Product condition upon opening
